Error that forced client to upgrade the version

The below errors comes from many causes and there are no remedy for the error, 

This Unhandled exception is caused in Business Objects 4.5 and 6.5 which now removed in BOXI and the newer version. 

When this error used to come we have to press the "Abort" button which actually close the whole system. After we identified that there are no solution for this problem we upgrade the system and now no error comes.
